I was afraid that Nortel was going to be a problem someday. Live by Nortel, die by Nortel. Can't believe that the stock is back where I bought in (26.625). Since I bought more at 47, guess I'm going to ride this seesaw back to 7. A 10% reduction in Nortel business equates to about $3-4 million which considering gross margins of about 30%, is about $1 million in profits or $0.10 per share. This in itself is not a good reason to dump the stock down to 26, however. I wonder if this lost business is due to market conditions or power amp competition.
