<<<Didn't President Obama tell the republican congressmen "I won" as he rejected their proposals for the stimulus?

What would you suggest to be the next move the republicans should take after that? >>>

I think the "I won" quote was taken out of context nevertheless Republicans have to reset.

It is clear that they have had it their way or the highway for the last 8 years and for 12 of the 20 years before that. The Newt Gingrich and Karl Rove worldview was tried. It failed.

What do Republicans stand for now outside of the passions of Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter, Sarah Palin and the religious right?

An economic point of view has to have more to it than just being against various hot button social issues.

Republicans need a new leader with a brand new Republican worldview. I don't see Sarah Palin or Rush Limbugh as being able to fill that role.
