Dear Matty, May I bud in and answer your question? You said: Mr. Clarksburg, do you think they want the SEC to step in? That's what I'm afraid of. Yes, I think they will and should step in, however, not to the point that will benefit the criminal element here. The NASD or SEC know that a temporary halt would only help the criminals (MORK,HAND,GIACHETTI,BAKER). But there are many other ways that they can punish the guilty without haulting the stock. So FEAR NOT. Its blatantly obvious that they are the TRUE manipulators of the stock and are trying to protect their ILLEGAL short positions. One last think as it struck me when I read the news release......I noticed that our friends at Magellan are not represented by a law firm. That supposed "Magellan Litigation Services" is NOT a law firm!!! They are just the same Magellan Capital but made a up a legal sounding name at the end to make it look official. Where is the REAL law firm representing THOSE characters??? ANSWER: this isn't any, because no law firm in their right mind would take their ridiculous case!! Food for thought.
