I do not personally doubt he was born in the US.

But the Constitution requires it, and a significant contingent of Americans do question it, so there ought to be a process by which a president (preferably, a presidential CANDIDATE before election) offers up his birth certificate. This hasn't been done.

He could put the issue to rest by just doing it. It really should have been done before he took office.

IMO, proof of meeting the constitutional requirement for office ought to be given as part of the process of becoming a candidate, whatever that is.
