Gold's "not-so-quiet" Riot
If California doesn't solve it's crisis soon, and if New York,
Michigan, Illinois, and Ohio soon follow... you will see
riots/protests in the streets.
And now Congress wants to put the stimulus on hold, until the
banking bailout is finalized.
Not that we didn't already know what their priorities were,
but what a message to send the people?
Wait until the banks who created the mess by leveraging
your money, and who sucked out all those leveraged and
"non-existant" profits... get the rest of your, and your
children's and grandchildren's money to re-capitalize...
so they can buy up depressed assets on the cheap, and then
do it all over again... then & only then, if there's any money left,
will Congress worry about you.
And what are these banks doing in the meantime while they
wait for the second half of the TARP funds and our bailout
money to be released?
They're hoarding capital, taking junkets to luxury spas
and resorts, paying themselves billions in bonuses, buying
$37,000 toilets, remodeling their offices, and buying up
other banks.
They're doubling every junk fee in existance.
They're retroactively hiking rates & slashing limits on
credit cards.
They're tightening, or cutting off credit lines to small
businesses and on equity lines to homeowners.
And of course, the bailout/stimulus money left for "the people"
won't go to the people... it will go towards bigger government,
with the usual .85 cents out of every dollar of government
spending, going down the black-hole of bureaucracy,
theft and corruption.
It will take approx 2 "6-month cycles" of unemployment benefits
to end, leaving millions without work, or benefits, for the
unrest to begin.
I think people are waking up every day. I think they're
mad as hell, and getting madder every day.
Obama made a huge mistake by backing Geithner, and he completely
blew it by backing Daschle.
These inside the beltway elitist lackeys aren't change. And
these mopes don't represent hope, just the same ole' political
rope-a-dope.
Why didn't Obama announce these restrictions on day one?
Because he had absolutely no intention of changing a damn thing.
Today, only after a huge public backlash, does Obama announce
restrictions on the bailout funds, and a hand-slap to the
bankers caught emptying the cookie jar.
Freedom is a muscle people.
To exist, it must be exercised.
And if not exercised, it will
atrophy and wither.
Flex your Freedom Muscles...
Give these tax-cheating, money grubbing,
elitist bastards no quarter.
Bang the phones, fire up the fax machines,
and keep pounding out the emails, because
it's working.
Demand answers about HR 645 and the additional, new FEMA camps.
Why?
Why more?
Why now - given the fiscal crisis?
And exactly what are they going to be used for?
Demand answers about the "Domestic Security Force"
that Obama said must be equally funded, and equally
manned, as is the military.
Ask WHY we need a domestic security force?
Ask about Department of Defense DIRECTIVE NUMBER 1404.10
Do we need a "bigger Blackwater?"
And remember that for 200 years, the right to keep and
bear arms has been the single most important right we
have, and is the right that protects all other rights
from being confiscated.
And it's always been the first thing that any & all fascist
governments move to eliminate.
Above all, never, ever, ever...
