kathleen, especially b/c 50-75% of the system isn't designed to be right, it is designed to screw you and me out of our money! :-( no wonder they estimate $15 and $4.50 in future years and they are off by 75-94% just looking 12 months out. gtw is coming back to reality. i hope it hits hard :-)
