Thanks, Stephen, I'll have another look at Capstone; had let it slide off my mirror.--Yes, FM likes EQN (owns 20%, I believe) but EQN aren't keen at all, I read, to be bought out at this stage.
And kalpa is a word old hippies tend to be familiar with. Wikipedia (for a lazy definition) says "A kalpa is a Sanskrit word meaning an aeon, or a long period of time in Hindu (cf. Hindu Time Cycles) and Buddhist cosmology. [...]"
