It's definitely time we all relax. perhaps take a week off from politics and do something else. I am much less tuned in than before. Watching everyone take every word and gesture and action and dissect it into little bits according to their own little ideological prism, just doesn't turn me on. Lots of navel-gazing when you step back and look at the net effect. I guess it's a way for people to express their anxieties in difficult times one way or another. But when it comes to actual governance, results have more import for me than process. Guess that's why I don't work inside the Beltway these days.
