A good bit of my wife's work is at home--committee meetings are almost all online affairs and her courses are online matters. So she heads to the University, at most, twice a week.

Nonetheless, when she's here she watches the political chat stuff first thing in the morning, on the elliptical, and again in the evening from 5 to 6:30 or so, when we'll routinely watch some escapist stuff, as you say, on the Tivo.

But she wants to talk about it all the time. I'm about to run out of polite ways to say, enough all ready.
