true the warrents will fall,but I don't expect the warrents to be trading as low as they are now by then. After all look how much the price has increased since April. The sales in the last quarter was 5 million and this quarter had around 16 million. More companies have been purchased etc. I think the warrents will be around a $1.00 by then. And if worst comes to worst I will sell my warrents a week or 2 before and buy them back after the conversion. That way I would get 50% more. At this point in time I am really not worried because there is a lot of things that can happen between now and then.

The agm is on the 30th. Did you order a annual report?
