Hraka----I took it upon myself to call this morning. I was a little curious myself. A couple of points before I relate what they said: 1) The 800 number that was posted previously has been disconnected, so it's no longer in use. 2) The stock relations mgr. is Mr. Zani(not sure of the spelling, but the pronunciation is as the a is in "cane". What he said was that they did file the extension as we all know. They did submit an original to their SEC lawyer, and he rejected it. The excuse was that since this is their first time filing, they are going to great pains to get all the T's crossed and all the I's dotted. He also said the since it is a yearly report and their first one that is somewhat extensive and complicated, and they didn't make the extension due to minor mistakes pointed out by their SEC lawyer. He also told me that they expect to get it filed by the end of next week. He did not indicate to me any of the content or of the flavor of the report. Maybe it's a good indication that they are going to extra lengths to do this thing right. Shows some seriousness on their part. Art
