OK, then I misunderstood what you meant.

As for agreeing with what you actually meant, well technically you can have a recovery without job growth, but there won't be a very healthy recovery until we get job growth.

I see little job growth in the current and recent bailouts.

I agree. Their may be plenty of jobs created, but I don't see very much in the way of meaningful net jobs created.
