Hillary detests men in positions of authority and fantasizes continually about bringing them to heel. Therefore her 1994 Health Care Plan would have made the independent practice of Medicine a felony. (The quality of Medical treatment one receives is largely related to the degree of independence of the practitioner.) Hillary wishes to convert all independent practitioners into bureaucrats.
