Info on Lou Marcoccia, the head of MTS:

techstocks.com

ALYD has been working with Lou for quite some time. Lou, like ALYD, has been frustrated that his companies refuse to allow their names be mentioned in press releases... until now. GRE finally relented to a press release, but only after ALYD remediated a sizeable amount of code, it was tested, and it worked.

As I stated on the Date Change 2000 thread, I analogize the Y2K sector as a giant game of Monopoly. Right now, we're still in the stage where the goal is to snap up hot properties. The next stage, as one might guess, is to build those houses and hotels-- i.e. after proving oneself, sign a second contract for the real mission criticial stuff, the mother lode. Alas, I had hoped the industry would be further along in the game by now, but, hey, so did the vendors.

But we're talking when, not if.
