TPM talks to an economist on the stimulus plan tpmtv.talkingpointsmemo.com All the talk of tax cuts and most of what I hear is that they won't create the stimulus wanted and will likely be a waste. My guess is that Obama put in the tax cuts to try to get some Republican votes and it backfired on him because they want more. He should have put all stimulus into the plan and very little of the tax cuts and then "compromised" and put the tax cuts in. JMO though. Neal
