Probally because the commodities have had a huge run in the last few years and thus our government seen not too help those that had a huge bull run in commodities. Where do you draw the line on DEBT Giving us back tax dollars in which would have been better spent elsewhere.Its not as if a few hundred buks either way hurts us.Better off too spend were its needed the most. Home owner program is a joke with a tax credit lot of other stuff not needed either. BC could of used infrastructure money up north too get those mines going that would get alot of employment and spins offs going
