Art, Thanks so much for calling and relaying the info. Little question: Does "SEC lawyer" mean (1) a lawyer who works for the SEC, or (2) a lawyer hired by UMSI with expertise concerning SEC filings? I am glad that we have a time-frame, but it still seems strange that they are able to delay the report unless meaning (1) holds. Jonathan
