ILMN announced the launch of the GA-IIx upgrade which will increase read lengths, simplify workflows, improve data accuracy and per array. "Genome Analyzer system that charts a path to generate greater than 95 Gigabases of high quality data per run in 2009." No question that ILMN is currently the leading company in sequencing and arraying and looks like the GA platform is ahead of competitors and can compete well in the 2nd and 3rd generations. finance.yahoo.com
