That cannot be so ! If I'm so smart why aren't I rich.... ? Why can't I understand the price of my TRX ?

Perhaps today ?... FWIW, I monitor daily price of US$/C$, Cu, and Au. The base rates for the MT.M feasibility were $1.12, $2.75, and $600. LOM prduction envisages 217,000 oz of gold and 88M lbs cu per year. If you multiply those base rates they produce a LOM gross revenue of C$416M per annum, (which Gross revenue produces a base rate IRR of 18.1% and NPV of 600M).

This morning's figures are $1.26, $1.56 and $914. Multiply them out to produce a LOM gross revenue of C$423M per annum, which is even higher than the base rate. The increase in the price of gold and the cheaper C$ has more than compensated for the low copper price. I hope someone can tell me what the fallacy of these figures is !
