My circumspect view says this is not one of the world's great moral issues The contract-freaks say he violated a bona fide contract and therefore gives up his claim to the money Parents worry (legitimately) that their kids will emulate him...they aught to do two things...get in the game and become their kid's role model...and worry more about a whole lot of other cast of characters out there.. e.g. starting with Bush. The sponsors should reflect on the nature of the deal - they could care less what Phelps does...as long as he doesn't get caught and they maintain their revenue stream. Altair19
