People forget....we went down 90% in the 30's, and japan went down about 90% too....just took longer for them. Which brings up a question....which way do you think is better? Quick collapse or drawn-out collapse?

Japan hit 20-30 year lows.

The dow was under 850 in 1982.

I know, I know....it can't happen again....and real estate can't go down....and it's contained....and the tooth fairy is coming tonight.
