robert: Tartan was a private DSP tools company out of CMU here in Pittsburgh recently bought by TXN. TXN trading down 7. Bid 109 Ask 114. Remember the gap created when TXN spiked from 98 to 109 on the July eps announcement? It's about to be filled, as I said it would. (See my post #1164) Buy it around $100. Regards.
