I think you are wrong on this. Lower rates might not be a soluton now but you certainly dont want to create then next problem now by raising taxes that much on innovation. As far as that guys goes, cut his salary so is bank is solvent if he is a banker. If he is in another business that has layoffs etc. ceo pay should go down, not up. The problem is not taxes but paying ceos like rock stars not that rock stars deserve as much as they make either.
