California is bust before the real pain has even begun! CA unemployment rate is over 9% and they are some forty odd billion in the hole. They just started the State employee furlough for every other Friday, which will only save them a bit over a billion dollars thru 2010. I guess they can't sell any MORE bonds either. I thought CA was the liberal marxist communist anarchist theosophist fabian utopia and role model for the world!!!
