That's not an option - they plan to spend trillions and supposedly have a top team of experts working the problem - shouldn't be all that hard to draft some rules we can live by.

But it is. God is in the details. I think I heard it's due in a week or two. You will probably hate it 'cause it will be from the Obama admin, so you might as well be patient.
