...Is the alternate energy spending unreasonable and "wild"?... I would prefer Obama spoke of a moon shot like project to build X windfarms, Y nuke plants - not piss the money down the hole of the energy dept to allocate somewhere. Give some locations for the projects, time lines etc. Which grid are you going to rebuild or build - when will it start and finish. It's the touchy feely we should invest and save the planet crap that pisses me off without a single detail - name the project so we the people can pencil out the costs the benefits etc. You know a real discussion based on facts not covered in Al Gore BS.
