My deep tissue teacher and I were talking along similar lines this morning. You even have to be careful what you're watching on TV or listening to while you're eating, since we're in absorption mode during that activity.
I totally agree with you.

We're taking in substance with the sense of smell too. We're connected to everything.

Its easy to become obsessed with it, but we've come this far....
