Morning, Jonathan----I got the impression that the lawyer that he was talking about was the lawyer that the company hired to guide them through the process. Mr. Zani was very obliging. When I first called, he wasn't there. I left a message identifying myself, and he called me back long distance in just a few minutes. I have dealt with companies that will go out of their way to dodge you, and you never get a call back. I called and talked to Mr. Zani a few months ago just to get some feel of the company and where it was going, and he was very up and very positive about the long range prospects of the company. If you were to call him, I am sure he would be as patient and obliging with any questions to you as he was with me. Art
