"Fraud of 2008- Brinker or Madoff? Sorry to say but I am having a hard time deciding........yes Madoff may go to jail.... but hasn't Brinker perpetrated and equally crushing financial fall for his followers in 2008 and now into 2009? I don't see how any type of comparison can be made. Brinker exercises his 1st amendment "freedom of the press" rights by printing a newsletter. Madoff is alleged to have run an illegal Ponzi scheme. As for "equally crushing" I wonder if whoever wrote this has any number to back up his words, or if he's just blowing smoke.
