You're foundation isn't making money is it? Let's limit your salary. After all, if you're doing charitable work, how can it be charitable if you're drawing a paycheck and raises are based upon the size of people's charitable donations?

The question remains, do you want a political party in power to limit executive's pay? If your answer is based upon which party is in power, then I think you're in for troubled times.
