Two items of TA which I will respectfully disagree with you on... ;-)

1. The Mother of all trend lines was actually broken when we dropped below 40. Drawn from the absolute bottom in 1996 through the low preceeding the highest high. Anything of longer term is meaningless IMO due to the cyclical nature of the industry.

2. A selling climax occurs on high volume. As you do not follow volume, I would agree that a very short term bounce will ensue when this technical chart breach finds support. Mere short covering, and a handful of bateman followers who believe it's time to head consistently higher. Show me 7-12 million shares on a drop, and I'll believe that all the selling pressure is probably gone!
