anyone here understand what is in this bill and how much of it is really stimulutive? I was listening to lindsay graham earlier arguing for more tax cuts for lower income folks---what about folks who dont make enought to pay taxes or folks who are in the 11mm out of work. How does lower rates help them? Republicans with the exception of 3 are now the part of INODE&LIMBO--the new Reactionary party or what i like to call the No-Nothing party (deliberately spelled NO)---something new comes up and reflexively they just say no. Besides tax cuts, what are they for?
