I've already been through a similar scenario (but I think mine was from Basil's cousin "Arthur"), and I objected to the percentage splits.

So, I offered to take 40% and only give him 55%. LOL -- and he accepted my offer!

Ha! Little does he know I would have proceeded with the transaction at the original offer.

You never know what you might get if you just ask for it !!
