But doesn't the Anglo Saxon world alliance include US, UK, Ireland, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Israel, India, Iraq? That is pretty heavy in terms of population as well as natural resources. It may be too early to call an end here.
Latinos are hard working and fun loving - like Brazil in soccer - but the Victorian ethic of postponing pleasure for future reward that MQ refers to - may be a big difference between the Anglo and the Latino world. Or may be it is just the Ponzi financial markets rigged by the Anglo world for centuries screwing those who are sucked into the system which is the rest of the world...
