Every now and then a civil centrist must let one's fellow centrists know he's really one of the civil community, despite a nasty bout of independent thinking. And there's no better way than an profession of shared hatred:


He doesn't agree with me - I can accept that. By why does he find the need to call me a neo-con?

My record here is clear for a long time. I hated Bush, I hated the war in Iraq from the start. I hated the Bush tax cuts from day one. I hated the unrestricted, unregulated era that led us down the path of financial ruin. I also believe likely more than anyone on this board that our military should be reduced by huge amounts. These things I hate and have voiced my opinion on repeatedly, are the basics of neo-con ideology. So why the need to just throw out names?
