Excellent observation , Midwest_Investor . Irregardless of weither an investor subscribes or follows Bob Brinker's advice , there are those who independantly choose to basicly buy and hold through stock market corrections and do as well as the market indices . As with your own circumstance , I basicly follow a 50 / 50 asset allocation and have survived last year's losses and haven't changed my retirement life style .
