I received my Bank of America MasterCard statement today. Looked at it more closely than usually because someone booked a flight on Easyjet from Liverpool to Northern Ireland for April 30 and the $46.65 charge + $1.39 foreign transaction fee wound up on my statement. APR is 35.75%. CRIMINAL. I always pay in full and don't incur the finance charge.
