Bush borrowed money and blew it on a getting the U.S. involved in Illegal Foreign Wars - thus doing as much damage to this country as was our involvement in the Vietnam War - and he and his cronies (Cheney & Oil Friends) made huge profits on the deal - Obama's plan is not evil like Bushes - just misguided.

Reagan, I do believe managed, to invigorate our economy without overburdening the economy with too much debt - he had a brief window of opportunity to do it in. (and he did)

Obama has the misfortune of following Bush - thus the problem will require more than just spending programs - he is going to have to 'lay it on the table' and work out a comprehensive plan that both sides of the aisle can support.
There are no quick fixes here - and both sides are going to have to rebuild on the ashes of Bushes legacy.
