Does that mean she received LESS than the other VP's for a time? That's not right.

Yes, I think too many people receive too much money and that compensation is divorced from competence all too often. If you want to propose limiting executive compensation in nonprofits that pay no taxes or receive government grants then I am all for it. If you want to go retroactive and can get that through Congress then I wouldn't argue against that either.

You have to add retroactive limits on the entire banking system that received any kind of aid as well including interest on reserves, guarantees of debt, increased insurance/backstopping of deposits, etc. I'm all for that because it would send a strong signal that incompetence like Bush/Cheney's will no longer be tolerated.
