Hello all............ I finally got through to KLP after trying several times today. First I want to report that her surgery was successful, although she does have some residual pain, that can be attributed to the surgery and is expected to slowly diminish over time. She was supposed to be released from the hospital Wednesday, but didn't feel good, so asked the doc if she could stay another night. It's a good thing she did. She developed a high fever and other complications throwing up etc. that evening. No one really knows why she had these problems despite some test taking.......and wasn't released until she'd gone a full 24 hrs without a fever, so she did not get home from the hospital until this afternoon. She sounded good.......upbeat and humorous and wanted me to send along her thanks for the prayers and well wishes. She cannot spend much time at the computer, but will be popping in occasionally because she misses us and wants to keep up with events. ;) M
