Only a third of the stimulus bill goes to infrastructure as Keynes proposed.

My problem is with this stimulus bill, not necessarily a Keynesian approach to things.

The first rule should be 'do no harm'. This bill, like the TARP money that got shoveled out into a black hole, is that it does more harm than good, imo.
