Sam, I was trying to make a joke about suing Fortune magazine. At the same time, I was also trying to pay a compliment to the posters on SI for posting the bullish arguments for disk drive companies long before the Fortune article was published. I guess the joke wasn't very clear. ------ As far as my comments on the cyclical nature of the disk drive business, I was speaking in general terms, or trying to put the ideas expressed in the article into my own words. I agree that I didn't paraphrase the article in the same exact words that the article used; but that wouldn't be a paraphrase, now would it? Regards, -LK I'm glad you appear to think the cyclical nature of the disk drive business has changed. (I think that means you agree with what I posted, to some degree). It's unclear whether Al Shugart thinks it has changed.
