On January 16, 2009 the company discovered that Walther, purporting to act as a director, created Series B Convertible Preferred Stock, 250,000 to one voting rights and without shareholders approval, issued it to himself and Rhonda Windsor, his personal friend 45,000,000 shares each as reflected in filings filed with the State of Nevada, one day after he was removed ________________ Jezuss H. ! I'm rubbing my eyes Barclay Donaldson. UnFlippiningBelievable. thanx for posting this. this clears my conscience of any semblance I may have had about Walther and RW just having been more "ignorant and innocent" in over their heads- sort of people, but my goodness. this puts more icing on the cake, in fact this cake is falling over with so much icing being added.
Now back to ACII. Thank the Almighty that all these crooks were purged before the LACC was stolen too. This is no small matter. Mr. Mouton and current management have salvaged the LACC from a true pirated ship wreck. Now, for God's sake, Drew put this puppy to work to do what it fundamentally is capable: reduce production costs, provide employment (for the very unionized employees that previously were threatened by LACC efficiency, but are now Unemployed themselves) and, this is for Mr. Obama, Introduce across the board, GREEN Technology to the Manufacturing Sectors. There are thousands of miles of oil pipe and other threaded pipes that will go into the infrastructure of US over the next decade. So instead of government padding contracts, lets start saving.
