one often wonders what others think when seeing news play out for the first time. Capital formation is America is dead until some public hangingd and firings occur. Starting with "Andy Vollmer and the bitch in charge of enforcement. Egg headed attorneys with no cajones equals neutered enforcement. No wonder there is a naked shorting and dumb asses allowing no uptick rule. Academics in charge of real world stealing, yields no actual enforcement.
