I didn't hear you bums saying, "These things take time" when it took FEMA four days to make it to NOLA.

If federal disaster recovery is an important function, then he should have had personnel ready to roll on day one.

The reality, of course, is that FEMA is not a first-responder and never has been. Only in NOLA did the Left make it out to be a FEMA problem. After all, it was Bush's FEMA.

Now, as Obama's FEMA, there's no hurry about anything.
