That's an OK definition of a contract. I was speaking of WSTL's responsibilities ragarding 3 alleged contracts between WSTL and 3 alleged whomsoevers. How can WSTL be held responsible for undisclosed contracts?

I hope they can just incase this stock continues to tank. These are the things that shareholder suits are made of.
