Lots of room for creativity in revenue recognition. Considering most S/W distribution agreements include stock balancing policies, and provisions for returns, the change in revenue recognition is reasonable. Still I don't believe for 1 ^%$&^ second that Cowpland did not know about it. He has told a bald faced lie to his shareholders and taken advantage of non-public knowledge. He should be in jail IMHO.
