24601 / I added in the conversion of the warrants that were included in the Series K. There are 1,140,000 common share equivalents of these. The total dilutive effect of all is 5,700,000. But I erred in assuming the warrants would be exercised now rather than 3 years at their expiration. 4,560,000 is the right number as you point out
