What are you talking about? The GOP lost in 06 and 08 because they became big spenders like the Dems they replaced. True conservatives like myself and a majority of independent voters did not like the budget and immigration policies of the past 8 years. If Republicans return to their conservative roots, the Dem control of Congress and the WH will be short lived.
