Hope so too. Good luck. I almost did the same but didn't on fears that all the chip equipment makers are in for a dry spell due to the Far East currency crisis. Novellus (NVLS) is down 5 points for no other reason I can find, and others are down as well. But I think these are short term concerns and these are good stocks to hold long term.
